We do not have a set Fee Schedule.
Your house is unique. All houses are different, some in a few ways, others in many ways, so we tailor our report to YOUR house. We do not set our Fees by the square footage alone, assuming your house is just like every other house of the same square footage. We don’t just pull the number out of the air. Some thought and consideration goes into deciding what the fee will be. We think of how much time it will take to thoroughly inspect your home and produce a report based on its features.

The $50 difference.
What do you charge? Many times this is the first or only question asked. Think of almost anything you can buy. That one thing is usually offered by several different companies or comes in several different brands. How many things can you think of where the cheapest choice is the best product of all the ones offered? While the most expensive choice does not necessarily guarantee you the best quality, the cheapest choice very seldom offers the best. Whether you choose the cheapest or most expensive, you want the best value for the money invested. With the fees for an inspection usually ranging between $300 and $500 depending on size and other things, the difference between the cheapest inspector and the most expensive for the same inspection is probably only $50 to $150. With the investment for a new home being from $150,000 to $500,000 and more, DO YOU REALLY WANT THE CHEAPEST INSPECTOR YOU CAN FIND TO TELL YOU IF IT’S A GOOD INVESTMENT? Will we ever be the cheapest? Probably not. They know better than us what their services are worth and we know what ours are worth. Are we one of the best? That is our goal but certainly not for us to say. We do strive to always deliver a report that is the best value for the money invested. So, what will our Fee for the inspection be? Somewhere between the cheapest one and the most expensive one. $50 to $150 isn’t much of a difference in fees but could be a big difference in service and quality. Please call for an actual quote.
