 Our ‘normal’ whole house inspection is not 2, 3 or even 4 hours. Ours average 5 or 6 hours.
We don’t ‘wrap it up’ so we can get to our next inspection. Yours is our only inspection for the day.
You won’t have to wonder what it’s like in the crawlspace. We take so many pictures you’ll feel like you were crawling with us.
Don’t worry about interrupting us during the inspection. We welcome your attendance and questions. Follow us around and ask away.
Our reports are very easy to read. Negative conditions are underlined and there is usually a color picture showing you what we are talking about. And after the report has been e-mailed to you, we will put all pictures, reports and documents on a CD so you will have a copy with many additional higher resolution images to go along with those in the report.
Our goal before, during and after the inspection is to offer service beyond what you expect and are accustomed to. Normal for us is not the normal you’re used to.
We offer inspection services that can be adapted to your specific needs and budget, from single component or issue inspections to very extensive in-depth inspections.
